Here’s what happens next:

1. You will receive an email the day before your audit is scheduled to remind you I will be on your website. This helps you avoid scheduling anything that might take your site offline.
2. If your audit is more than a week out, you may receive another email or two just to check in and let you know we are still on track.
3. On the day of the audit, I will review your website and gather as much data as I can from your site and from outside sources for quick voice of customer research and a competitor analysis.
4. Immediately after gathering the data, I will analyze it and create your recommendations report.
5. That report sits for at least 24 hours and then I do a second quick review of your site and the report to make sure I haven’t missed anything.
6. Within 3 days of completing the initial review, I will deliver your audit and recommendations.
7. Once the audit is delivered, you have a 7- day support period to request feedback on any changes you make to your copy or to your live website.
